At Rainy’s Beauty Salon, we value your time and commitment. Please review our refund policy before enrolling in any course or service:
1. Course Fee Refunds
Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, or early withdrawals.
2. Salon-Initiated Cancellations
If Rainy’s Beauty Salon cancels a course or session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability or emergency), a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
3. Participant Cancellations
If you cancel your enrollment at least 72 hours before the course start date, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course begins will not be eligible for any refund.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the class without prior notice will result in no refund or rescheduling.
5. Rescheduling Option
In special circumstances, you may request to shift your course to the next available batch (subject to approval and availability).
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
